Easy-to-Use Money Counter
The EuroCash EC-2500 is a simple, user-friendly banknote counter that not only counts inserted banknotes but also verifies their authenticity using two different methods.
Construction
The EuroCash EC-2500 is built sturdier than most models. Its internal metal frame provides durability, while its reinforced plastic housing resists impacts and scratches. High-quality rubber rollers ensure smooth counting without damaging banknotes. The metal banknote feeder further enhances the structural stability. This machine is designed for users who value stability and heavy-duty performance in a money counter.
Counterfeit Detection Features
The EC-2500 comes with multiple counterfeit detection methods:
UV Detection
Each banknote is scanned with UV light during counting. If counterfeit is detected, the machine stops and displays an error message.
MG Detection
Particularly useful for currencies like USD or other notes containing magnetic security features. Important note: Hungarian Forint does not include MG security elements, so the MG function must be turned off to avoid false alerts. When suspicious banknotes are detected, the machine stops immediately and alerts the user with a sound signal.
Double Note Detection
Prevents miscounts caused by multiple notes sticking together. The machine halts and notifies the operator.
Half-Note Detection
Identifies torn or incomplete banknotes. Counting stops and an error message is displayed.
Batch Function
The EC-2500 features a convenient batch function. You can preset the desired number of banknotes to be counted. Thanks to its keypad interface, configuring the batch size is quick and easy. Once the set number is reached, the counter stops, allowing you to prepare bundles for bank deposits efficiently.
