Annual Cash Register Inspection

According to the current 48/2013. (XI. 15.) NGM regulation §48, online cash registers must undergo a mandatory annual inspection. The inspection must be carried out within one year of purchase or the last annual service. Timely completion is the responsibility of the operator, and failure to comply may result in fines from the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV).

• The technician checks the proper functioning of the cash register.

• Wear parts are inspected and replaced before failure occurs, preventing unexpected downtime.

• NAV-mandated processes are carried out.

• Inspection results are documented and provided to the operator.

• The inspection is reported to NAV as required.
