EC-09 Waiter Call System with Wrist Pager and Selectable 2-Function Buttons
The EC-09 restaurant waiter call system allows you to manage your restaurant operations easily, quickly, and safely. Using two-function call buttons, guests can call the correct staff member or cancel the call if assistance is no longer needed.
By using this system, you can reduce waiter workload and organize staff more efficiently. Both guests and staff will appreciate the improved convenience, making dining and working in your restaurant more comfortable and streamlined.
This restaurant waiter call set is a complete, ready-to-use system that can be expanded with additional buttons, wrist pagers, or wall displays. Button replacement is not possible in the basic set, and the discounted price applies only to the included items.
How the system works:

Waiters wear the wrist pager, and the buttons are placed on tables; they can be secured if necessary (with screws or double-sided adhesive).

The guest arrives, takes a seat, and presses the call button.

The call appears on the wrist pager with the table number. The pager provides sound and light alerts (volume adjustable, can be muted). It can handle multiple simultaneous calls, displayed in the order received.

The waiter goes to the indicated table and takes the order.

Guests can call the waiter at any time during their stay.
The wrist pager is highly programmable and can be adapted to the setup of your restaurant, with multiple customizable settings and functions.
