Retekess TD159 Wireless Industrial Paging System, Customer Calling System

The Retekess TD159 is a professional, industrial-grade wireless paging system, ideal for customer calling. It is primarily recommended for factories, warehouses, truck parking areas, and other locations where orderly calling of waiting clients is essential. Notably, the paging discs feature displays, allowing you to send short text messages along with the call, for example, directing a truck to a specific ramp or telling a customer which service counter to approach.

How the System Works:

The customer receives a numbered paging disc when placing an order and may move away from the counter or service desk.
When the order is ready, or based on the sequence number, enter the disc number on the keyboard and press the call button.
The disc at the customer’s location will beep, vibrate, and/or flash (depending on settings), notifying them it’s their turn.
The customer approaches the service counter to collect their order or begin service, then returns the disc to staff.
