The EuroCash EC-5800 is a high-end, heavy-duty dual-hopper banknote counter designed for professional cash handling. It combines rapid counting with advanced banknote recognition and authenticity verification, making it a top choice for banks, retail operations, and high-volume cash environments.

The machine can accurately identify each banknote and verify its authenticity. Thanks to the dual-hopper design, if a suspicious or incorrect banknote is detected, the counting process continues uninterrupted while the problematic note is diverted to the secondary hopper for later inspection.

Dual-Hopper Design for Incredible Speed

The dual-hopper system allows uninterrupted counting. Notes that do not match preset criteria (e.g., specific denominations or currencies) are automatically diverted, ensuring fast and efficient processing. For example, you can count only 10,000 HUF notes in a mixed stack, while the rest are set aside for later counting.
Built-in Printer

The EC-5800 includes an integrated printer that generates detailed counting reports. These printouts show how many notes of each denomination were counted and their total value.
High-Precision Authentication

Combines traditional verification methods (UV, MG, IR, DD, MT) with dual CIS sensors. Each banknote is imaged in both normal and infrared light. These images can be saved to a USB storage device for record-keeping.
Serial Number Logging

For EUR, USD, and GBP, the EC-5800 can log serial numbers of counted notes. These records are visible on the display and can be exported to a USB drive as plain text files.
Banknote Sorting

The EC-5800 can automatically sort notes by orientation (front/back) and by face (head/tail), helping organize large stacks for easy handling.
Value Counting

Insert a mixed stack of banknotes, and the machine will identify the denominations, verify authenticity, and calculate the total value. Supports mixed currencies, showing separate totals for each currency on the display.
Multi-Currency Support

Works with HUF, EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, RON, HRK, and other currencies upon request.
