EuroCash EC-1700 Money Detector with UV light (EC-V11) description
The EuroCash EC-1700 (EC-V11) is one of the easiest-to-use banknote detectors available.
Similar to the EuroCash EC-1600 (EC-V12), this device is not only suitable for detecting counterfeit banknotes, but also for checking identity documents, official documents, and securities. Using UV-A light, it highlights UV security prints on banknotes. The USB-powered banknote detector can be operated using its adapter, or alternatively powered via a car charger, computer, or laptop once the adapter is removed.
The new EuroCash EC-1700 model features new functions.
It highlights ultraviolet-sensitive elements found on inserted banknotes, documents, and official papers. The device is equipped with a proximity sensor: when in standby mode, covering the sensor on the housing with the item to be examined automatically switches the EuroCash EC-V11 on. In addition to being more energy-efficient, the LED-based UV-A light source is also more durable than traditional UV tube (CCFL) banknote detectors.
Simply connect the device to a power source. After switching on the main power switch located on the rear of the device, press the illuminated power button in the lower right corner. After pressing the button, the UV-A light turns on and inspection can begin immediately. It is important to always be aware of the security features present on the banknote, document, or official paper being examined.
The audible indicator can be disabled by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
